“Management in Pursuit of Excellence”

A to Z of Good Management

a)      Manage yourself, boss and customers very well – Do you best.

b)     Do not waste time (such as standing in long lines or in traffic jams)

c)      Do not panic, ever.

d)     Be kind, considerate and respectful of animals (that includes people)

e)      Hug all “the trees” you want.

f)       Plan ahead and act intelligently. Consider priorities, ethics and methods.

g)     Execute details of the plan.

h)     Revise the plan in a timely manner.

i)       Rest, sleep, drink, eat, exercise, drop pills, and communicate whenever necessary.

j)        Safety first, security always.

k)     Constantly improve.

If you do not learn how to be more effective every day you are likely wasting your time, and others time and resources.
