     Defense counsel is stating that this case is a SIMPLE breach of expressed warranty.

     Plaintiff disagrees.

     Defense counsel was successful in objecting to the entry of over a dozen evidence exhibits that the plaintiff wished to admit into the court record€.

     Ford remains “stuck up” in making a reasonable settlement offer. Their local attorney continues argue their unethical “legal” argument.
