No Apples At My House for Christmas or in the New Year
Apple Retail Store Nightmares!!!
To make a long story short, I cannot in good conscience spend any money on any Apple (Yapple) product (made in China) or recommend that anyone should spend high prices on goods that are not all really that good and are subject to very poor customer service and technical support.
Almost every day, I am haunted by three recent experiences in a Palo Alto store and two telephone requests for customer assistance. Long wait times for a “specialist” inside the Shallow Alto retail outlet nor on the telephone were the worst of it.
In an effort to move from a PC-Droid work environment to an Apple (Yapple) MacPro-iPhone office, I faced ungodly frustrations. Complaining to the store manager twice did not offer any relief either.
My last encounter with Apple was on the afternoon of December 21, 2011.
Ironically, Apple Incorporated are building ANOTHER store on University Avenue in Palo Alto… poor yapple customers (suckers!)…
